Crown Padel Tour Terms & Conditions
By purchasing entry to a Crown Padel Tour event through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Event Participation
All players entering a Crown Padel Tour event agree to follow the rules and instructions provided by the event organisers during the tournament.
Crown Padel Tour reserves the right to manage and adjust event formats, schedules, and match structures where necessary to ensure the smooth running of the event.
The organiser’s decision is final in all matters relating to the event.
Player Conduct
Players are expected to behave respectfully towards opponents, partners, spectators, venue staff and event organisers at all times.
Unsportsmanlike behaviour, abusive conduct or deliberate disruption of the event may result in warnings, forfeited matches, or removal from the tournament.
Late Arrival
Players should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled start time.
Late arrival may result in forfeited games or matches if delays impact the event schedule.
Player Substitutions
If a player is unable to attend an event, teams may replace that player with another participant.
Crown Padel Tour should be informed of substitutions as early as possible so event records can be updated.
Refund Policy
Entries become non-refundable 10 days before the event date.
This is due to confirmed court bookings, prizes and event logistics associated with the tournament.
If a player can no longer attend an event, they may arrange a replacement player to take their place.
Media & Photography
By entering a Crown Padel Tour event, players agree that photography and video content may be captured during the event and used for promotional purposes across Crown Padel Tour media channels, including social media and the Crown Padel Tour website.
Liability
Players participate in Crown Padel Tour events at their own risk.
Crown Padel Tour accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage sustained during events.
Players are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and able to compete.
