What level are Crown Padel Tour events?
Crown Padel Tour events are designed for competitive amateur - professional players.
Most players entering our events are typically intermediate to advanced level, although all players are welcome to enter and test themselves.
Our goal is to create competitive and enjoyable tournaments for players looking to challenge themselves against strong opposition with the chance of winning big prizes.
How does the event format work?
Each event follows a group stage format followed by knockout rounds and finals.
Teams are placed into groups where they play multiple matches against other teams in their group.
The top teams from each group then progress into the knockout stages, leading to the semi-finals and final.
This format ensures every team gets plenty of matches and court time.
When will I receive event details?
Full event details including:
Group allocations
Match start times
Court numbers
Format reminders
will be sent to all players 3–4 days before the event.
This allows us to finalise the draw once all teams are confirmed.
What time should we arrive?
Players should aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled start time.
This allows time to check in and ensures the event runs smoothly for all players.
What happens if my partner can no longer play?
If your partner can no longer attend the event you may replace them with another player.
Please inform the Crown Padel Tour team as soon as possible so we can update the event records.
What is the refund policy?
Entries become non-refundable 10 days before the event date.
This is because courts, prizes and event logistics are confirmed in advance.
If you can no longer play, you are welcome to find a replacement player to take your place.
How do rankings work?
Players earn ranking points at every Crown Padel Tour event depending on their finishing position.
These points contribute towards the Crown Padel Tour leaderboard, which tracks performances across the season.
Strong performances across multiple events will help teams climb the rankings.
How do I enter an event?
All Crown Padel Tour events can be entered through the Events page on our website.
Spaces are limited for each tournament and events often sell out quickly, so we recommend securing your spot early.
