The Crown Padel Tour Rulebook 👑

Crown Padel Tour Rulebook & Terms

The Crown Padel Tour operates competitive padel tournaments across the United Kingdom. All events are organised and managed by Crown Padel Tour.

By entering any Crown Padel Tour event, players confirm that they have read, understood and agree to abide by the rules, policies and organiser decisions outlined in this rulebook.

Participation in Crown Padel Tour events is subject to the organiser’s terms, policies and event structure.

  1. Event Structure

Crown Padel Tour events operate using a structured tournament format designed to ensure fair and competitive play.

Typical event structure includes group stage matches - quarter finals - semi finals - final.

The exact format of matches, including scoring systems, match duration, number of groups and qualification structure, may vary depending on number of teams entered - court availability - venue scheduling - event logistics.

Crown Padel Tour reserves the right to modify match formats, schedules and structures where necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the event.

  1. Match Officiating (Group Stage – Semi Finals)

All matches up to and including the semi finals are self-officiated by the participating players.

Players are responsible for calling lines - keeping accurate score - competing with honesty and sportsmanship.

At the conclusion of each match, players must report the correct score to the designated Crown Padel Tour staff member so official standings can be updated.

Failure to report scores accurately may result in adjustments to standings or match results.

  1. Match Disputes

If a dispute occurs during a match, play must be paused immediately and the event host or designated Crown Padel Tour official will be called.

The event host will make a ruling based on the Crown Padel Tour rules and the circumstances of the point.

Where appropriate, players may be instructed to replay the point.

If repeated disputes occur and cannot be clearly resolved, the event host may replay the point - make an even decision - or issue a ruling to allow the match to continue fairly.

All rulings made by the event host are final and binding.

  1. Final Match Officiating

The final match of each Crown Padel Tour event is officiated directly by the event host.

During the final, the event host will oversee the match - scores will be displayed on the official scoreboard - and the event host will make rulings where required.

All decisions made during the final match are final.

  1. Video Recording, Livestreaming & Match Review

Crown Padel Tour may record and/or livestream matches during events using video equipment positioned around the courts.

Semi finals and finals may be recorded or streamed for live broadcast - match highlights - promotional content - social media distribution - YouTube publication - and reviewing key match situations if required.

By entering a Crown Padel Tour event, players acknowledge and agree that they may be filmed and/or livestreamed as part of the event experience.

In situations where disputes arise during the final stages of a tournament, Crown Padel Tour reserves the right to review recorded footage before confirming final results.

  1. Prize Distribution and Event Integrity

Crown Padel Tour is committed to maintaining the fairness and integrity of all competitions.

If a dispute, rule breach or unclear situation occurs during the final stages of an event, Crown Padel Tour reserves the right to temporarily withhold prize distribution until relevant footage or evidence has been reviewed.

Once a decision has been made following review, the organiser's ruling will be final.

  1. Player Substitutions

If a player is unable to attend an event after entering, teams may replace that player with another participant.

Crown Padel Tour must be informed of substitutions as early as possible before the event begins.

Replacement players must be eligible to compete within the event category entered.

  1. Player Withdrawals & Entry Policy

All event entries are non-refundable once booked.

If a team or player is unable to attend, they may request to transfer their entry to a future event subject to availability.

Transfer requests should be made as early as possible and are not guaranteed. Crown Padel Tour reserves the right to decline transfer requests where operational constraints apply.

  1. Late Arrival

Players should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled start time.

Late arrival may result in forfeited warm-up time - forfeited games - or forfeited matches to ensure the event schedule runs smoothly for all participants.

  1. Player Conduct

All participants are expected to demonstrate respectful behaviour throughout Crown Padel Tour events.

Unsportsmanlike conduct, abusive behaviour or deliberate disruption may result in warnings - forfeited matches - removal from the event - or disqualification from future Crown Padel Tour events.

  1. Media & Promotional Use

Crown Padel Tour events may be photographed, filmed and livestreamed.

By entering a Crown Padel Tour event, players grant permission for their image, likeness and participation to be used in social media content - marketing and promotional materials - website content - video and livestream broadcasts - and YouTube or other digital platforms.

Players who do not wish to appear in promotional media must inform the organiser prior to the event. Participation may still involve incidental capture as part of event coverage.

  1. Liability

Participation in Crown Padel Tour events is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

Crown Padel Tour accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage sustained during participation in any event.

Players are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and able to participate safely.

  1. Organiser Authority

Crown Padel Tour reserves the right to make final decisions regarding match rulings - disputes - event scheduling - rule interpretation - player conduct - and prize distribution.

All organiser decisions are final.

  1. Agreement to Participate

By entering a Crown Padel Tour event through the official website, players confirm that they have read and agree to the Crown Padel Tour Terms and Conditions - the Crown Padel Tour Rulebook - the event structure and organiser decisions - and the media, livestreaming and participation policies outlined above.
