UNDERSTAND OUR DIVISIONS
The Crown Padel Tour has been built to create structured, competitive and enjoyable tournament padel across the UK.
Our divisions are designed to help players compete against others at a similar level, creating better matches, better competition and a better overall experience at every event.
For our Open divisions, eligibility is based on the combined Playtomic rating of both players in your team. Simply add both ratings together to work out which division you can enter.
Teams are always welcome to play up into a higher division if they want a tougher challenge, but they cannot enter a division where their combined rating exceeds the cap.

For this season, womenβs events are split into two divisions: New to Padel and Competitive.
The final split is decided by Crown once sign ups close, based on the level of teams entered, allowing us to create the fairest and most enjoyable competition possible.
Both divisions carry the same entry price and the same prize allocation, with the only difference being the level of competition.
If you are newer to the game or still building confidence in match play, New to Padel will likely be the right fit. If you are a more experienced player looking for a stronger level of competition, Competitive will be the better option.
MIXED DOUBLES
Mixed Doubles is open to mixed pairings, with one male and one female player competing together as a team.
This category is currently open to any rating, with no combined Playtomic cap, making it accessible to all mixed teams who want to compete on the Crown Padel Tour.

WHICH DIVISION SHOULD I ENTER?
For the Open divisions, simply add together the Playtomic ratings of both players in your team.
For example, if one player is rated 4.7 and the other is rated 4.8, the team has a combined rating of 9.5. That team would be eligible for Division 2, and could also choose to play up in Division 1 or Pro Division, but would not be able to enter Division 3 or Division 4.
Our goal is to make every division as fair, competitive and enjoyable as possible, so that players at every level have a place to compete on the Crown Padel Tour.
One tour. Multiple levels. Everyone playing for the Crown.
